• These Terms & Conditions shall bind your use of any of our services and the website. We may update or change these terms at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• We accept orders through our website and any active social media platforms.
• For order processing, we require partial or full advance payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) we require partial advanced payment or delivery charge (we will decide).
• Advanced Payment can be made via bKash or bank transfer (when applicable).
• An order if placed shall be non-refundable.

3. Pricing & Availability

• All prices of our products will be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may be changed at any time without notice.
• Availability of a product is not guaranteed. We will notify any sold-out products as soon as possible after your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within Bangladesh by using trustworthy courier services.
• Within Dhaka: Delivery in 24-48 hours
• Outside Dhaka: 2-3 business days delivery
• Emergency Delivery: If there is an urgent order, we can send the order through parcel service (e.g Pathao Parcel) for which the full amount needs to be paid in full through bKash or bank transfer.
• The delivery time may be extended due to unavoidable circumstances.
• The cost of shipment depends on the destination and the total quantity ordered.
• We send tracking information once it has been dispatched, if provided by the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns will be accepted only if the goods are in an unbroken and original state and are sent back to us within 3 days from the date of purchase.
• Goods, once opened, used, or damaged, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds are given only in case of out-of-stock issues, or wrong/damaged items being delivered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Double-check the shipping information while ordering.
• Don’t abuse or supply fake information while interacting with our site.
• Be present at the given address for delivery within the time frame for COD orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control.
• We are not liable for damages from post-delivery mishandling.
• Our policy is to cease service to anyone who has been outwardly disrespectful towards our procedure.

8. Intellectual Property.

• All the contents, images, and branding found on our website, as well as our social media channels, belong to ShoperBRO and are not to be used without permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection.

• Your personal data are protected as per our Privacy Policy and will never be shared with any other party for promotional use.
