    • Time-Bound Sealed Box Returns: If the product packaging remains sealed and unbroken, it is eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • Hygiene Considerations: For hygiene and safety reasons, once a perfume bottle has been opened, used, or altered, it cannot be returned.
  2. Reporting an Issue
    • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact our Customer Support immediately—within 3 days from the date of delivery.
    • Required Evidence: To expedite your request, kindly provide your order number along with photographic evidence of the issue.
  3. Return Process
    • Approval: Once your return request is verified and approved by our support team, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
    • Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original condition to avoid any damage during transit.
    • Return Shipping Charges:
      • Customer Responsibility: In all cases where a return is initiated (except when we have made a mistake by sending the wrong item), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.
