Because fragrances are personal-use products, our return policy is designed to protect product quality, customer trust, and hygiene standards.
We accept returns only when the item remains unused, in its original condition, and in sealed, undamaged packaging within the allowed return window.
If the perfume box remains fully sealed and unopened, it may be eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns for any fragrance that has been opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photo or video evidence.
All returns must be reviewed and approved by our support team first. If approved, we will share instructions for the next steps. Returned items must be sent back safely and securely in their original condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will decide whether the request qualifies for a refund, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
