We accept orders through our website and any active social media platforms.

• Order processing requires partial or full advance payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD), we require a partial advance payment or the delivery charge (at our discretion).
• Advance payment can be made via bKash or bank transfer (where applicable).
• An order once placed is non-refundable.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change at any time without notice.

Availability of a product is not guaranteed. We will notify you of any sold-out items as soon as possible after your order is placed.

We deliver within Bangladesh using trustworthy courier services.

• Within Dhaka: Delivery within 24–48 hours.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Emergency Delivery: Urgent orders may be sent via parcel service (e.g. Pathao Parcel), for which full payment must be made via bKash or bank transfer.

Delivery times may be extended due to unavoidable circumstances. Shipping cost depends on destination and order quantity. Tracking information will be shared once dispatched, if provided by the courier.

• Returns are accepted only if goods are in an unbroken and original condition, returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
• Goods that are opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds are issued only in cases of out-of-stock items, or wrong/damaged items being delivered.

• Double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
• Do not provide false or misleading information when interacting with our site.
• For COD orders, please be present at the given address during the expected delivery window.

• Delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control.
• We are not liable for damages arising from mishandling after delivery.
• We reserve the right to cease service to anyone who is disrespectful towards our staff or procedures.
